You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If uploading photos of a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and have full rights to submit their images for processing.

3. Service Description

Lensman.ai creates personalized children’s storybooks using user-uploaded photos, AI-assisted generation, and quality review. Orders are delivered as a digital storybook view and may include print options.

Because outputs are AI-assisted, final illustrations may vary from examples and may not be an exact photographic match.

4. User Photo Requirements

By uploading images, you confirm that you:

  • Own the rights to the photos or have permission to use them.
  • Are not violating copyright, privacy, or trademark laws.
  • Are not uploading explicit, illegal, or harmful content.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and your final personalized storybook content. You may use final storybook outputs for personal use, including sharing and printing. We do not claim ownership of your likeness.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final because each storybook is custom-made from the photos you upload. If something feels off or you’re unhappy with the result, just reach out — we’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.

7. Data Storage & Deletion

Uploaded photos and generated storybook pages may be temporarily stored to complete processing, delivery, and account access features. You may request deletion at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on storage and retention.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you do not have rights or consent for.
  • Use the service to impersonate or defame another person.
  • Upload harmful, violent, explicit, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, or disrupt our systems.

9. Service Availability

We may update, maintain, or modify the service at any time. We are not responsible for temporary disruptions caused by third-party providers or platform dependencies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lensman.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee perfect likeness, accuracy, or suitability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms or misuses the service.
