1. Non-Refundable Purchases
Once an order is placed, it begins processing automatically. For this reason, orders cannot be refunded once submitted.
Since the work is fully custom and generated based on the photos provided, refunds are not issued due to personal preference, style choices, or subjective expectations.
2. Quality and Corrections
If something looks off — such as a facial mismatch, noticeable distortion, or a technical issue — please contact us. We will:
- Review your request
- Make necessary corrections or regenerate the portraits as needed
Our goal is to make sure you receive the quality you expect.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate accidental purchases of the same product
- We are unable to process the order and cancel it from our end
Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
